In addition to the training sessions, we will encourage you to keep a food diary, monitor progress with weekly weigh-ins and offer on going support whenever you need it help keep those cravings at bay and training on track allowing you to smash those goals.
We will deliver the training session at a location of your choice. At your gym, local park, work or even just in your garden. We are also flexible on times, but operate a first come first serve policy.
