A big thank you to everyone that attended today's Group Exercise Sessions  A great new session had this morning at Clarborough Village Hall . 9.30am - 10.30am Brenda was definitely a dark horse with energy levels that excelled well done looking forward to seeing a few more new faces next week. Spaces available. No need to book just turn up for a challenging but fun session. All abilities welcome. Thanks to all attended Sutton-cum-Lound Keep-Fit Group Exercise this week. It was good to see some new faces. Another enjoyable evening had by all. A big thank you to my regulars that attend, you know who you are. You all give great effort and create a great friendly welcoming atmosphere whilst encouraging each other to complete the circuits. Group exercise at its best.  The weekly weigh-ins are doing good, they are definitely showing signs of making room for Christmas Dinner. Keep up the great work. Sutton cum Lound Group Session

Our latest Group Session Thursday 16th November 2017 Sutton cum Lound Village Hall A big thank you to all who attended this session, it was great to see everyone really getting stuck in.. An enjoyable session had by all in this beautiful setting . Circuit based group exercise allowed for a whole range of different exercises in just this one session, it felt fun and interesting but I think it was still challenging. The boxing station raised a few eyebrows this week, I am sure there were a few hidden talents surfacing. It definitely raises your heart rate!
