Sutton cum Lound Group Session

Our latest Group Session Thursday 16th November 2017 Sutton cum Lound Village Hall A big thank you to all who attended this session, it was great to see everyone really getting stuck in.. An enjoyable session had by all in this beautiful setting . Circuit based group exercise allowed for a whole range of different exercises in just this one session, it felt fun and interesting but I think it was still challenging. The boxing station raised a few eyebrows this week, I am sure there were a few hidden talents surfacing. It definitely raises your heart rate! If you want to join us, just pop along to Sutton cum Lound village hall on Thursday evenings. I am looking forward to seeing everyone again next week 23rd November 6.30pm - 7.30pm. A big thank you to everyone that attended today's Group Exercise Sessions  A great new session had this morning at Clarborough Village Hall . 9.30am - 10.30am Brenda was definitely a dark horse with energy levels that excelled well done looking forward to seeing a few more new faces next week.
